We will happily work with your builder or contractor. We require our clients to hire the contractor or build team directly. This keeps the lines of responsibility streamlined. If you need contractor recommendations, feel free to reach out to us and we will supply you with a list of preferred contractors.

As a full-service design studio, we require that all purchasing and install be handled directly by our team to ensure that everything is ordered and installed to the correct specifications. It also allows us more range to purchase directly from vendors that may not be available to clients via retail.

Yes, absolutely. Depending on the scope of the project we will either engage in a fully virtual design commitment or will require a number of visits to your home city to scout the project site in person.

We’ve included our design process guide here. Project timeline is solely dependent on our current project load and the scope of work. We don’t have a standard timeline, but based on industry patterns and product availability, expect a minimum of 4-6 months to engage in a single room design projecthere. Whole home, new build and renovations may require an even longer timeline.
